When you have bulimia, your body eventually starts to feed off your muscle in order to survive. What's left becomes severely over-worked. So, your heart becomes one of the over-worked muscles.

The loss in nutrients can lead to heart problems though.. such as irregular heartbeat, heart muscle weakened, heart failure, low pulse & blood pressure.
