well my mom said yess to getting it pierced.im only 13 though.where going to Pins & Needles Tattoo's & Body - Brockton, MA, 02301..now im eather going to go with my sister whos 18 or my mom...how old does the adult have to be.does it have to be older than 21??

They will not do it without parental consent. I don't know that they will accept your sisters word for it 18 or not. Best bet would be to call them and ask so you don't waste a trip.
