does anyone know where i can get or a website that i can put in my weight and stuff to get a diet plan for FREE?
im almost 14 113 pounds and around 5"2. i dont think im necessarily fat but i dont like the way i look. can somebody give me a diet plan? or tel me soemhwer ei can get one?

You could get some strap on weights and wear them regularly for a certain period of time.make exercise fun.play sports or jog in a swimming pool.Eat what you think we were meant to eat(natural stuff,fruits vegatables etc).Eat less butter and fat,oil and fried food.Try yoga.People and animal crave what their body needs.Children who have a calciam defiancy crave chalk(eveb when they do not know it is made of calcium).Take frequent walks some place nice or go trekking on a mountain.Eat what your body needs.If you live in a building always use the stairs.Excercise is as important as diet.
