big buttocks.

Question Posted Monday January 29 2007, 9:32 am

my stomach can be contained when i suck it in, but my butt is pretty big! maybe its just because im african.. but its kinda annoying since it sorta sticks out, XD;. Im not that fat, but im not skinny either, so it kinda looks a little out of proportion when my stomach isnt that fat. how can i get everything like.. in shape, basically? should I just run everyday (I already need to do that for stamina)? i dunno if it will affect these 'areas' lol. also, what foods make you get a bigger butt? i'll eat less of them, too.

Let me start out by saying- LUCKY YOU! I have NO butt. And that's the one thing that I really wish I had. But, you know, the grass is always greener...

haha ANYWAYS

You can't do anything to lose weight in just your butt. You have to lose weight all over. Working out is very important, You need cardio and aerobic exercise to burn calories, and then special exercises to work your buttocks to firm it up and develop muscles.

For cardio/aerobic exercise, You can jog, powerwalk, dance, swim, work on the eliptical trainer, etc.

For excercises for you butt, I googled it, and these are some websites I came up with. If you don't like these, perhaps look around on google somemore untill you find ones that suit you.

ALSO- I found this site about flattering your butt to make it look smaller in jeans. I thought you might be interested =)

Ok, here is the deal, have a big butt, is a good thing. In fact it is a coveted asset. but to lose some pounds, dont eat after 8 or nine, and drink 10-12 glasses of water a day. Eat lots of cereal, and make sure to eat your veggies and fruit. It is also important to check your Nutrition fcts, make sure the foods dont have more than 5 grams or less of SAturated fat , and total fat. And try to exercise, just dont go to heavy. Also to make sure that every asset of yours is proportioned. Tone up everything. You can get books that give you healthy rules and tips (not diet books, but toning books) at the library. Give yourself a reasonable goal, and ahealthy plan. And you should be good.

Hope I helpled
