peebles7 answered Sunday January 28 2007, 10:12 pm: start running now, a mile or two a day at a fast jog, and afterwards ust do some sprints. when you are jogging get into a pace where you breathe every 3 steps or something, just find your rhythm, like a drum and stick with it. Don't worry if you get tired out because you'll see a difference pretty quickly. also, eat something small and not too heavy about a half hour before you run. don't eat lots of sugar and fatty foods or junk foods before hand, don't run on a super empty stomach either. Good luck! [ peebles7's advice column | Ask peebles7 A Question ]
