no it shouldnt, unless you go "HELLO I GOT EATEN OUT" to the person, im almost positive you cant tell unless your infected but i cant see that happening

No, unless you tell your Gynocologist that you have been eaten out, and/or he or she finds STDs or some infection down there (from getting eaten out), and it will show up, and may question how you may have gotten it.
