ok well i have allways been fat asnd it is REALLY hard for me to lose wieght my grandmother is fat and people say i am her clone and she says she has always been fat and i am afriad that i will be fat like her(i love my grandma dont worrie) but i didnt get my period yet do you think that will change anythin 12/f

Your period will change stuff. My mom told me that girls stop growning 2 years after they get their period. Some girls get chunkier after going threw puberty, some loose weight. I got taller and bigger (not nessicarly fatter), basically just grew. Just work out and don't over eat. Sometimes you can't help geting big if it runs in the family. You can look at it kind of like an esclator, if you do nothing your going to keep on going, but if you work then you should stay were you are, get what i mean? Im not sure if that works all that well, but theres no harm in trying and working out.
