Blind Dates
My friend has convinced me to go on a blind date with a guy in grade 12. I am in grade 10. He has seen pictures of me but I know very little about him. My friend assures me that he is nice and such but I'm not sure.
Is this a good idea or bad idea to go?
Also the reason I agreed was so I could try to get over my exboyfriend. I have liked him for a year but not so much anymore.

I think it's a good idea. If your friend set it up, I don't see why you shouldn't go. Besides, why would your friend set you up with a guy who's a complete dickhead? Doesn't seem logical to me.
I think it's a gradual step to getting over your ex. Dating somebody new helped me.

I think going on a blind date with this boy would be a good idea.
But the one thing I would do, would be to bring this friend. Why? Because if she seems to know and think highly of this boy, then she would have little to no hesitance of going with you.
You should not go alone, for the sake of safety.
