drink tons of water, it'll fill you up... also eat small low-cal snacks thoughout the day, like carrots and dip, yogurt, etc. long, slow distance runs are also really good for burning calories... and NEVER skip meals, it slows down your metabolism tons! hope this helped! ]
This is what I say to all advice seekers wanting to lose weight...
"First of all, cut out ALL sodas. Drink water for a majority of your drinks (try for 6 glasses a day). People have no idea how much of your daily calorie intake comes from beverages. Cut out ALL fast food. It's not necessary. By simply cutting out those 2 things, I lost 6 pounds in a week. Fruits & Vegetables! Obviously, eat as much of those as possible. Remember to watch your portions. 100 Calorie snack packs are great!, but if you eat 10 of those a day you're still in trouble. Excersise at least 30 minutes a day. Start off slow & build yourself up. I recommend jogging, sit ups, squats, the basics. If you have extra money to spend.. I would also recommend a personal trainer. Best of luck!" ]
