I so scared!

well..but i'm so scared because i dunno how he feeling about me for now..because he alittle...,i have two answers in my mind first one is call him/email to him & said,,"i never ever contact you anymore if you don't like so forget about me" because i so tired to love him.tell all the things i feel for him,the next one.."WE STILL friends" PEACE"..which one is better one?I love him but I'm so tired.plz tell me what to do?
