ok so me and my best guyfriend were at a concert last weekend and he was making fun of this girl and she heard him, and i turned around and saw that she was a girl that goes to my school. i was like "oh god that girl goes to my school what am i supposed to do now" and he was like "just tell her we're dating"
how will telling her we're dating solve anything? is he trying to hint something to me or what?

Sounds like he's just flirting to me because I really don't see how telling her you're dating will solve anything. Maybe he's trying to ask you out. Has he done the same thing before? If so, he just wants you to realize the possible outcome of you and him going out.
