temptation i know this is cliche
but i desperately need to lose weight!
i just can't seem to avoid bad foods, and i always give in if they're around.
help!

You can still eat the foods you like just cut down and try to find the foods you like that are made for dieting...find an exercise you like...once you find one you will stick with it...I personally lost alot of weight because I love to weight lift otherwise I hate cardio...and find a healthy snack that you like whenever your hungry eat the healthy snack ]
Your going to have to help yourself. really its not always what you eat but how much you eat cut back the proportions and mix it with healthier food. think of how much you want to lose weight that will has got out power the will to overeat bad foods. ]
