clothing isnt what makes someone a skank...but anyways...usually any trendy girly store in the mall....dots,fashion shop,fashion bug,rave,wet seal,victoria secret,579,city trends,rave girl,marshalls,those are places where ive seen and purchased them but it might vary at diffrent locations....you also might check thrift stores,vintage shops,flea markets or consignment shops.i dont know if you have vintage stores where you at but if you do they have cute stuff but you have to dig and you can usually find a belly top or more also ive seen them before in catalogs like body central(cheap and cute),gypsy rose(more hippi type clothing),trashy.com(a little mature and expensive but good sales but depends on what your comfortable wearing to...if you look you can find stuff thats cute but judging by the name im not sure if youd approve),alloy or delilas(depends on the season) all of those have websites you caan visit.
