exfoliating

hey,
i say you answered a question
some what based on that,
but i was just wondering what excatly that ment
to exfoliate your face, becuz i get dry spots on my face to and i have been using aolt of lotion and it is just not seeming to help lol

Well you get a facial cream with 'exfoliate' on it. It's just a cream with little beads in it that you scrub on your face.

You could use a loofah sponge thingy.

You would have to rub the lotion in.. for a couple of minutes.

I went straight to the loofah sponge and I ended up with a raw cheek .. and the lotion burned


I think maybe it's the lotion you are using.

I have 'Gold Bond Ultimate Healing'
A skin therapy lotion.
It can heal extremely dry/cracked/irritated skin.

I don't think body lotion would work.
