i just read the response you gave to someone about you losing all of that weight. congratulations! anyway. I'm 5'1" and i weigh 136. I'm very unhappy with my weight. can you please explain to me in detail what all you did to lose weight?
and also, how long did it take you?

SarahG answered Wednesday January 24 2007, 5:27 pm: Hey, thanks for asking me for advice. First of I started off going for an hour walk everyday. this was at the begininng of my weight loss. I also use to snack alot!! but I started not eating anything accept brecfast,lunch dinner. I at cereal for brecfast,a wholmeal sandwhich for lunch and whatever my family was having for dinner. If I felt hungry between meals I would only eat fruit. And as I got fitter and lost more weight I gradualy buil my hourly walks up to 3 hour walks. The weight didn't just disapear before my eyes but it happened within a year,maybe a little sooner. well good luck with your weight loss and keep me posted, tell me how it goes. p.s don't do something silly like starve yourself though!
