Everytime i wear eyeliner( i wear it in the inner lid) it always comes off from blinking or just not doing anything. it will like smudge and make my eye dark underneath. Is therre anything i can do to fix it form not running?

try putting your eyeliner on your lash line. I used to put eyeliner on the inner rim of the lid, and it smudged away in less than a minute. I'm assuming that you pull down your lid to apply eyeliner. Well here's a tip, don't pull down too far because that will make the eyeliner go more inside the eyelid. Pull your lid down just a little bit to make it go on your lash line.
