ok i kno this boy and we used to be such great friends like best friends and all of a suden i hear things that he says shit behind my back to my friends. and then he wuld talk to me on the phone and act like nuthing is wrong then 2 hours into the convo he calls me a retard and a douschbag and all the shit. and it like relli hurts my feeling for him to say that to me.

Hmm, well it depends on your relationship with him, and it sounds like hes being an asshole or he could be flirting with you.
Sometimes people say stuff like that and mean nothing by it.
If hes being mean to you, stay away from him,
but if you like him , its another story and its gonna take time for you to get over him or for him to get over himself.
Give him a little bit of a taste of his own medicine , and be a little mean but not too mean.
And see how he reacts.
