he doesnt really care about me anymore apparently

he told me we'd go back out in a few weeks (its been 3 now) we barely talk

i looked at it

-if he goes-we might get back together
-if he doesnt go-we arent getting back together

If he goes, then that`s great because you really do like this guy. If he doesn`t go, you can`t really do anything. I think you should go no matter what because maybe you`ll find someone better than him :]
