Cum is the liquid that comes out when a man has an orgasim, it carries the sperm which fertilizes the egg. Thats pretty much all I know to tell you about it.

Cum literally means ejaculate, or semen. When guys ejaculate, or come, this is what comes out. Sounds gross, but it's life. How does it work? When a guy gets sexually aroused, he ejaculates. The semen he produces contains sperm, (of course). The function of that is obvious..
