We have a brilliant lady in this country (England)who gives readings in a magazine. She has said many times that children mature to 21 in spirit. I believe she is absolutely genuine because she gives out very personal information that only the person in spirit and the person asking for a reading can know about. Apparently children mature in spirit and live their lives to adulthood where they stay the same age. I hope that I have answered your question fully.
