ok well I'm really self concoius about going to the beach because like I wanna wear serfing shorts and not the under wear thing for the bottoms but like either way their tight on you and then you'd see something budging out even though I'm a girl so people would think that I have a penis! any advice?

I know what you mean.
Try wearing the underwear bottoms under the surfing shorts, it makes everything tight and in place.
I usually wear my bathing suit and then the surfing shorts on top.
I hope this works.
