how do u bump and grind a guy? i dont really understand how to do it. thanks!

well first of all learning how to dance is just really how you react tot he song that's playing. to answer your question, bend your knees a little bit and pretend you're hula-hooping but do it slow and thats how to grind (make sure that you're facing each other). the next one is bumping which is practically like slow dancing except you're back is facing the guy; just sway left and right moving your hips.
