Yeah lots of people have that problem, including me. It makes you happy right? But it really dosn't. Like when you see someone wearing a cute outfit think to yourself it is cute but it won't make you happy. And you wanted something that can make you feel happy with what you have now? Well you can go on google and check out some pictures of people with no homes, clothes ect.

This is a problem that many people experiance, including me. It's that competitive, perfectionist feeling. When you see something that you like do you tell yourself that you have to have it? That it would make you happier? The next time that you see someone wearing something, remind yourself that it's cute, but wouldn't make you happy.
good luck! :)

I actually have this problem too. I know that doesn't really help you, but it's true. I guess what I do to get out of a mood is do something or get something really fabulous that I get a lot of recognition for. I set myself apart. Maybe you should try it.
