Well, Avon hasn't stayed in business for 120 years in 135 different countries by selling poor quality products. They usually deliver cosmetics of high performance.

My Mother shops Avon from time to time, so I have used their Line, but I do have other preferences. I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are Meryl Norman and Beautique. Meryl Norman, which to my knowledge can only be purchased at The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios (often found in malls), is pricey. It typically runs about $8.50 - $15.00, but it really is good stuff. It glides on with ease, and it stays on all day. And if that price is a little bit more than what you're looking to spend, I suggest Beautique - which is actually my perfernece. Thing is, I've only seen Beautique at Sally's. I guess the good news is that it's only .99 cents. And trust me, I wouldn't buy crap make up, so do not let this dollar price throw you off. You'd be cheating yourself out of something really special. Beautique is easily applied, and you will have many hours of perfect wear - all free of smudging. I probably could not promote this item enough; as I am very satisfied with it's results. I've been using it for about six years now. But if you still have doubts... for only .99 cents, it's worth a shot. :)

Avon products are usually pretty good quality. But incase it doesn't work well for you, I use Mary Kay eyeliner and I like it a lot. I have tried many different kinds of eyeliner, and if you are willing to spend a little money it's a very good eyeliner. If you are looking for something cheap though that is also pretty good, try Cover Girl eyeliner. I usually only have to re-apply that stuff once or MAYBE twice a day and it goes on very easily!

I use that and it definately works. It doesn't wear off easily and it goes on smooth. Any make-up by Avon is usually amazing.

Well, I tried that link and the Avon page said they were doing updates or something of that sort. So--

I use Revlon for most of my make up, personally.

Yes, it's really good. Especially when you heat it up a little, it glides on beautifully.
I hate the pencil liners Avon sells though.
