ahh so its the second day of my period and i still have cramps. i took tylenol yesterday and then i went to the bathroom so that didn't help.. my question is what should i do to ease the period cramps?
Sabine answered Wednesday January 17 2007, 1:54 pm: Heat is my friend during these times. I put it directly over my pelvic area or take a hot bath. If you are at school or work and can't sit with a heating pad, you can get these heat packs at places like WalMart that stick on your abdomen and are completely hidden under your clothes.
There's also stretching, which helps some women. Orgasms can help as well. A little chocolate can give you some endorphins, but it's better to eat a good, dark chocolate rather than junk food like Hershey's. Other than that, I'd try Advil or Naprosyn if Tylenol doesn't work. Drink plenty of water!
