thighs ew..

well im 5 ft. and weigh like 123 pounds.
my major problem areas are my arms and legs.
on my legs i need help losing weight on my like inner thighs, theyre flabby and its gross. i need ways to get rid of that.
&im running everyday and doing 100 pushups&100 crunches.

would the running help?
other ideas would be nice.

my teacher actually said if you dont like how your thighs and arms especially your arms, havemore protein to build muscle and eat less fat, i swear thats what we had for our class today. also swim for your thighs, and well if you run, it can make your calves bigger YOU DONT WANT THAT, itll make your ankles look huge.

You're not fat. That BMI's within normal range. But if you really care, any form of excercise helps. If you're really worried about your arms and legs, join a gym.
