im a 14 year old girl about to be 15 and since friday i had my period but on saturday i jus keep feeling pain after i pee and its dang sore. im scared to tell anyone. im scared to see a doctor too. do i really have a bladder infection? or do you know what is wrong with me? well, im jus in pain always now. and i try not to pee cause its really sore to pee and jus doing nutting is painful too. i only use pads so i have no clue what to do? if anyone know, please tell me.

karenR answered Monday January 15 2007, 4:34 pm: Sure sounds like one. Its not at all uncommon to have one. Tell your mom your symptoms and she will take you to a doctor. It is not a big deal, all they do is have you pee in a cup. Then they test it and give you a prescription for an antibiotic.
Don't suffer with this. It can get much worse and cause problems with your kidneys if you don't get it treated.
