How do you become a moderator? Like can someone give me the link to the page please! I used to know how, but i forgot and I think i am now qualified.

Here's the requirements for a level one moderator.

How do you get to be a level I moderator?
You must meet these qualifications:

You've been rated five times
Your average rating is at least 4
You joined one month ago
If you've ever been banned, it was at least six weeks ago
You've updated your column in the last week
