back I was doing weightlifting, and i felt a little pinch in the lower right side of my back. I didn't think anything of it, until I got home and went to my friends house. It hurt to the point where I couldn't stand right. When my mom picked me up, I told her and she said my back was out of alinement. I looked in the mirror and my hips aren't in the middle, they are a little to the side.
She said to ice it, and take meds.
Does anyone know anything else I can do to make it better by, oh say, Monday?
Don't say cyropractor, my mom said no.

same thing happened to me. it kept getting worse until i went to see a chyropractor. if the meds and ice dont help, just ask her how shell feel when it slips completely out of place, or does other permenant damage, like leaving you unable to walk. if you have insurance, a visit really shouldnt cost that much. ]
get a doctors appointment...you probably pinched a nerve or pulled your muscle in your back. That's why you're supposed to wear back braces when liftinf no matter how retarded they may look. ]
