I was doing weightlifting, and i felt a little pinch in the lower right side of my back. I didn't think anything of it, until I got home and went to my friends house. It hurt to the point where I couldn't stand right. When my mom picked me up, I told her and she said my back was out of alinement. I looked in the mirror and my hips aren't in the middle, they are a little to the side.
She said to ice it, and take meds.
Does anyone know anything else I can do to make it better by, oh say, Monday?
