how do i get skinnier?

i think i have a HUGE stomach (even though people think i dont & i hide it realy well)and i tried to excerise and eat the right way and yada yada yada...
and everytime i try to excerise i just get too lazy...and when i try to eat right i eat junk food..and of course i dont wanna starve myself or throw up..its jus gross! so what do i do?

Well, obviously you KNOW you have to do the healthy thing, since you're smart enough to know starving yourself and throwing up are the complete and total wrong solutions.

Take small steps at a time. Try cutting sodas and juices out of your diet, first. Then work on the really fatty snacks. Let yourself eat what you want, but know your limits!! There are some really good healthy snacks out there, too. Things like fresh fruit, granola bars, chex mix, REALLY good all natural pop sicles (with little peices of fruit in them, mm) and many other things will prevent weight gain. Also, watch what you eat at dinner. Use portions, and make sure you know what's going into your food. If you think you eat too much junk food, I'd give you the advice I actually follow.
Try having a small snack after school, and then waiting until dinner to eat again. (Ice is actually filling and keeps you from eating, though, fyi). Then, eat half of your dinner, and save the other half until you feel pretty hungry again. This keeps you from eating other snacks, and from wasting food. =)

On the subject of working out, ect. Rah. It can really be a hassle. I wouldn't reccomend curlups (though the ab lounge will REALLY tone your stomach well) but try six inches. It will strengthen your stomach muscles. If you don't know what this is, lay on your back and raise your legs about six inches off the ground. The catch is, your arms can't touch your legs, no help at all. It really strains your stomach, but it's actually helpful!
And of course, try working out with a friend!! If you've got a sibling or neighbor you're friends with, try to go running around your block. Heck, even taking walks would be really good for ya!!
