vomski10 answered Thursday January 11 2007, 5:31 pm:
well it's the french word for shower

but it also means a stream of water, often containing medicinal or cleansing agents, that is applied to a body part or cavity for hygienic or therapeutic purposes.

so like when a woman says she douches she is like cleaning out her vagina by putting water or chemicals in it, but it's not good for you, don't do it =)

and if someone says your a douche-no one really means it in either of those terms, it means like your a idiot, i tend to say that one a lot =)
