make-up
i have dirty hair and medium blue eyes and medium skin color. does anyone have good make-up ideas that will mostly bring out my eyes? also #2 i've heard about that proactiv cover-up make-up stuff (i dont know exactly what its called) but does anyone know where to buy it or do you have to call to order it?

wear brown mascara not black
-try shadow colors of green and brown...or light pink

I'm not sure about the Proactiv. Sorry about that.
To bring out your eyes, try some eye shadow close to the same color of your eyes. Use black eyeliner and black mascara.
My eyes are pale green, my skin is light. I use pale green eye shadow, and I only use the eye liner and mascara on the top lid to bring out my eyes. When I use it on the top and bottom, the make up over powers my eyes instead of bringing them out.
You may be able to get away with top and bottom lids, considering your skin tone is darker than mine. Try both ways and see what you think works best for you.
