my friend hurts herself, is there something she is hiding
Question Posted Tuesday January 9 2007, 8:07 am
I am from South Africa, I am a female 27 of age. My friend is also a female and she is 31 of age.Married with two children. We are friends for just over a year now. She is a very difficult person, when we started to be friends she was a wonderful person. Then I got to know her a little better. I discoverd that she would like to have sex with me. Somehow I just couldn't get myself doing anything with her. Yes, agter a while getting to know her better I wanted to do it with her. But in the mean time she fell in love with a married man. So this friendship was just falling apart because then she wanted sex from me and the married man but not at the same time. The three of us was good friends till she decide that she doesn't like me speaking to him and he is not to speak to me. Now she is cutting herself and talking about killing herself. Is it because she never got it right to sleep with me and with him. I still want to be her friend but she doesn't make is very easy for me to understand whats really her problem. I want to help her but when we talk about it she says nothing is wrong. It's not normal for somebody to do things she does.
She is married. She is sleeping with her husband, another married guy and you. She is probably going nuts just trying to keep her stories straight.
Recommend she see a doctor and find yourself a new friend to hang out with. This girl has to many problems and you don't need to make them yours.
You could also make an anonymous call to her husband about the suicidal talk. Hes probably the only one who could get her help with that problem. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
