Question Posted Monday January 8 2007, 6:13 pm

I recently, like yesterday night, made an account on storywrite.com. It says I have a silver membership but I got a messege saying that I only have 5 days left before I have to pay...

Can someone (who knows that site well) explain what gold and silver membership are and do I have to pay money to stay on that site or is there something below silver membership that I can use without paying but still being able to post stories, give and recieve comments, and the general main stuff of that site?

Thanks very much

From the site's help page ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location), which you can access by clicking "Help" on the top right corner):

"Storywrite is currently a free site. Everyone is considered as having a "gold" membership. Eventually, gold and silver memberships will cost a certain amount per month.

There will always be a free membership, which will include at least the ability to add stories, and add and receive comments."

So don't worry, the basics will still be available for free. The benefits of having a paid account include being able to place your story in a list which gives you space for a summary, being featured on the "Online" list even when it is not expanded, and probably more.
