The same old question I, just like everyone else, want a flat stomach.
I've done crunches, I've done cardio and the
pooch and buldges are still there. My best friend
has totally flat abs and she followed the
same routine, so I got fed up and I quit.
(btw, 15 female, 122lbs)
Now volleyball seasons back and our
uniforms are long sleeve and spandex so
everything shows, I really don't want
to walk around school with buldges.
Does anyone know any routines to keep my
tummy flat?
Thanks, and I'm sorry for the usual question
I've tried so much, and nothing has worked.

Well, of course you're not going to get flat abs by quitting so you're going to exercise after readin this, oui? Haha okay. Well first to get abs, you need to burn off the excess fat on top of your muscles. You could do crunchs everyday 50 times nonstop and it would still take a long while before you burn off the fat.
What you do is first just do regular exercises to burn off the fat. Run every other day or every day if you're up to it. Go to the gym with family/friends. Play sports for fun like basketball, softball, tackle football, etc. Jump roping is simple and really gets your fats burning. Buy aerobic videos and do them at home. Dance if you want and burn the fat off. The main point is get your heart pumping at least 3 times a week with hard exercises.
When you've achieved losing all the fat, you can start the crunches and what not to get abs. ]
hey...the main problem that everyone has when they try to get a flat stomach is they are doing the wrong exercises.
you need to work off fat, because you can have the strongest abs ever, but there still is fat over them, so just work that off. swimming is a really good exercise to trim off fat, and you dont even feel like you're sweating.and trust me i know how you feel about those spandex jerseys, i play volleyball too.
good luck! ]
