So my hair's really flat and im using that anti-flat sunsilk shampoo. I shampoo and condition regularly, wait for my hair to dry just for a little while then ill use the antiflat cream for my hair.
so my question is how do i use the products so my hair isnt so flat like what they show the girls in the comercial before using their products, or does is it just the shampoo that doesnt do anythihng?
# STEP 1: Choose a body-building shampoo and conditioner. Remember to use a light conditioner, though - heavy conditioners can make hair go flat.
# STEP 2: Look for the following in the ingredients: proteins (keratin and collagen), silicone polymers or polymeric quaternium compounds. These compounds stick to the hair shaft and make your hair appear thicker.
#
STEP 3: Purchase a styling product such as mousse, gel or hairspray.
#
STEP 4: Put a small amount of the product in your hands and rub them together.
#
STEP 5: Run your fingers through your hair and rub the product into your roots.
#
STEP 6: Lift and "scrunch" your hair (that is, squeeze it in the palms of your hands from the ends of the hair to the roots).
#
STEP 7: Let your hair air-dry, or blow-dry it using a dryer with a diffuser attachment. Also, try blowing it dry with your head upside down.
Tips & Warnings
* Add a little water to your hair during the day if it gets flat, and lift and scrunch it again.
* Most salons sell heavy-duty styling products, called putty and wax, which are great for working into the roots to make them stand up.
* If you're feeling daring, try coloring your hair dark brown or black. The darker the hair, the fuller it looks.
* Be careful not to use too many styling products, as they can weigh the hair down. [ Flaggal's advice column | Ask Flaggal A Question ]

my friend actually bends over to blow dry her hair some instead of standing up straight it makes it a little less flat she tells me. [ khadiya's advice column | Ask khadiya A Question ]
