You can eat all the fresh fruits and veggies you want, do about 1 1/2 hours of non impact aerobics 4 times a week , eat 4 ozs. of red meat 3 times a week and you should really see a difference in about 3 weeks. Email me for more tips or visit my website www.healthfix4life.com

Ok, well start eating you veggies (= and try to do alot of athletic stuff, like swimming,surfing,skating,skiiing. and you know sports (= p.s hiking & tennis burn the most cals. And make a list if what you normally eat. for example. Hashbrowns,Bacon,Soda,Cheetos,Another pop, and 2 cookies. That way you know what you should do. Like switch cookies with carrots. Or have some tea instead of pop. Or low-fat bacon. Turkey bacon is the healthiest! And doing some jumping jakcs, which burn about 400 cals. and try not to look at that calories all the time.
