And make a list if what you normally eat. for example. Hashbrowns,Bacon,Soda,Cheetos,Another pop, and 2 cookies. That way you know what you should do. Like switch cookies with carrots. Or have some tea instead of pop. Or low-fat bacon. Turkey bacon is the healthiest! And doing some jumping jakcs, which burn about 400 cals. and try not to look at that calories all the time.
