me the abs, again!

Hey, Thank you for all the info on 30 minute cardio and stuff. But should I do 30 minutes on the treadmill everyday along with about 100 crunches[5 diff ways] Or should I do an every other day type thing?

you can do everyday type of cardio, and every other day crunches. you have to do cardio to uncover your beautiful abs whether they are rock hard, six pack, or fat in order to see them. i used to be an aerobics instructor if that helps.
