Question Posted Wednesday January 3 2007, 7:40 pm

i just got my computer last christmas, its a laptop and fairly new. well lately its been being kind of slow and it freezes sometimes or takes a really long time to load or send or something. its new so why is it doing this? also when i try to send pictures on email to my friends it says my virtual memory is low and wont let me send it. please help me! sometimes i leave it on for long periods of time when i go away but ive tried to stop leaving it on overnight. and i have a popup blocker/virus scan. i have a lot of pictures so could that be the problem?

PLEASE HELP ME!!! ITS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I agree with Thew that leaving it on for long periods of time causes it.
But that's not always the case.
You probably do have a lot of pictures and you might not have that much megabites for your computer to have that.
It could be that you don't have the best virus scan either.
You should really look into that, if I were you I'd use Norton Antivirus.
Just be careful.

Hope I helped! =]

Well call the company and tell them what's going on. And don't leave it on for long preiods of time. The fact that you have a lot of pictures on it could affect it as well becuase your computer runs on how much memory it has.
Hope I helped!
