my friends are the bomb but some are 2-faced how do i tell them that they lie to much with out being mean?

They won't take it easy no matter how you tell them, and two-faced people usually stay two-faced from my experience with them. What ever you say to them make sure it's nice and make sure not to use TWO-FACED, thats straight out asking for it :) If they are truely your friends they should understand where you are coming from...
