I Just broke up

Me and my Boy friend just broke up after 2 years i and really sad and need to help to act like myself again b/c i'm just sad and quite.Everyone in the school knows and its annoying cause everone in the school is asking how and what happened and it just makes me feel worse because i don't want to think about. so i'm asking how do i tell people i don't want to talk about it in the nicest way and and how to get to myself. thanks!

ok. Well if someone asks you how and what happened, just say "I would rather not talk about it anymore." in a nice calm way. After datign someone for a long time and then breaking up with them can be really hard to deal with. Try not to think abotu the matter as much, and think positive. Do other things to get him off your mind. Hang out with your friends, do things with your family. Try not to think abotu him as much.
