You can message someone in the form of asking a question, but thats not allowed...you get banned for it. Their setting up personal message boards but I dont know if that's just for paid account users. But no, no way to send a personal message. For now anyways. You can always use email if they have their email address on their column.

I think I know what you mean. Go to the person's advice column you want to message. Then click "Ask question" and it will send a message to their inbox. But, so you know its not really allowed on advicenators to send chatty questions through a person's inbox (ex: hey! was up? :])
