ipod playlists

On your ipod when you make playlists with song that are already on you ipod it doesnt take up more space.. like i still only have 1 of each song on my ipod directory but if i take the song and put it in the playlist it doesnt take up more room right??

Right. All of the songs are on your iPod once (unless you've bought it twice, for some reason) regardless of how many times they appear.

no it just means that you wont have to look through the entire song listing you can just find that one playlist sooo much easier trust me

It doesn't, what it does is create a shortcut to that song. Kind of like a link for a website or a shortcut on your desktop.
