You can get them at lots of places. Hottopic, Spencers, I got a few from Dollar Tree. They aren't too expensive either. hope I helped! ^_^

they exist but my friend used one and it got her lip to swell up..you best make sure they are real..and btw if you live anywhere near a "sallys" they have them

Side note though, mom's will usually find out - let her know you bought a fake one instead of doing a real one. It'll be better than actually piercing your lip.
