What is a software that i can use to make like only one thing in the picture colored while the rest of the picture is black and white? thanks in advance

Photoshop.

But if you download it from file sharing it is free and a complete version.

For me, I used adobe photoshop elements 2.0 or something like that. I'm not sure if you can get it for free but I know it did what you desire and so much more! I just did a search on downloads.com check it out: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) they have adobe photoshop elements 3 and 4! I dont know if you can use the feature you want for free but try it!
