She complains that she throws up and is sooo sick whenever shes on her period and has the worst cramps and all of that. Is it normal to be throwing up or is she exaggerating?
& is there anything I can tell her that will help?
Thanks!

The really bad cramps yes, but i think she took it a lottle too far with the throwing up.
I personally get really bad cramps so when i do i get Pamprin Max from the Pharmacy and A LOT of chocolate! So if you want to make her feel better why dont you buy her a box of chocolates when she has her period?
I am sure they will ease the pain for a while!!!

becca08 answered Sunday December 31 2006, 8:12 pm: Everybody's period hits them differently. For instance..my sister..when her period arrives..she pigs out and her period is heavy, but when my period comes, I'm lucky if I eat a day without feeling sick and my period is heavy for three days and I virtually don't have it after day four. And age doesn't really have anything to do with periods, so that's not really a factor,. Overall, everyone's periods have different effects. Si she might not be overexaggerating. [ becca08's advice column | Ask becca08 A Question ]
