Ugh iTUNES is being anoyingg!

Question Posted Saturday December 30 2006, 9:40 pm

Ok.
I have a $25 gift certificut to iTUNES that i got for christmas.
I followed the directions on the back and it went good until the part where you make a username.
I used my email and it said this email has not been used in the iTUNES store.
So i tried my other email and it siad the same thing (( yes, i did do the part that said AOL member)) Do i have to sign up prooving its my email? Why is it doing that?

LM answered Saturday December 30 2006, 11:45 pm:
Try making a free Yahoo! account and using that email for iTunes. Sometimes AOL accounts don't work. It happened last year to my friend when I helped her with her iPod.

If that still doesn't work, give it another day. iTunes has been having database issues because of the holidays, though most have been cleared out.

hope I helped.
