you can brighten your photo (which includes anything else in there, such as eyes, hair, teeth)
you can change the eye color
i'm sure you can change hair color i just can't figure it out yet.
you can make yourself look whiter or tanner
you can crap photos
edit people out of them
you can resize photos
take out redeye
add borders
add effects
add frames
& tonsss more, those are just what i use mine for :]
