Better understanding to my question before
Okay this might be a little confusing so I'm sorry if you dont get it. Okay I have three best friends Nina and Christina are girls and Luke is a guy. And Christina and Nina have known each other since they were three, and I have known this guy Chris since I was two.
Christina is in love with Chris who she's had a weird chemistry since they were four (they were each other's first crush,love, kiss ect).
Chris likes Nina he's been flirting with her all year and it got Christina really jealous.
Nina is starting to like Chris which makes Christina really mad.
So one day she started using Luke as a distraction telling people she likes him now and not Chris, but she told me she doesn't like Luke because she knows that I finally came out of denial about falling in love with him.
Then I went out of state for Christmas and I got a call from Nina telling me that her and Chris kissed! And when Christina found out she asked Luke out.She's just using him!!! She told me herself she doesn't like him like she likes Chris and I don't know if I should tell Luke or not because he's so fricking clueless he's doesn't even know I like him, let alone that Christina likes Chris!!!!!! What if he says yes? I don't think I can watch not only my crush but my best friend get hurt.
What should I do?!?!?!?!

hey, well whatever you do dont tell luke. that will just crush him completly and make him loose faith in all relationships from there on. you have to confront christina and tell her that what she is doing is selfish and uncalled for. tell her that if she was lukes real friend she would break up with him before she gets seriosuly hurt. dont do it in a mean and rude way because then she definately wont go for it. do it in the nicest way that you can possible. also tell christina that shes not going to get anything out of this situation. its not going to make chris like her anymore or make him jealous. its acutally probably going to push him away even more because she is going out with luke and he thinks that she is happy with luke. also tell her if chris is truly happy with nina then his feelings for her wont change for anyone -- not even her. good luck =].
