can't bring myself to eat normally. hi! 15/f/158lbs.
I used to eat wayyyyy too much. And it showed.. I was obese&had a ton of health problems. So I got my act together and lost a fair amount of weight.
But now, I don't eat close to enough. I count up what I eat (not obsessively, like i dont beat myself up over chewing a stick of gum) and the most I've eaten in a day for a long time is 1000 calories. I try to get myself to eat more, but when I do it makes me throw up.. I'm just incapable of eating normally, which, when I looked it up for my height & weight, was around 2200 calories. I think of eating that much and I feel sick..
What oculd be wrong with me? I'm seeing my doctor soon, but Just wanted another person's opinion.. could it just be a side effect of losing about 40 lbs?

Your doctor will be able to tell you a lot more than I can...I think it could be possible that it is just a side effect from losing a lot of weight and having such a dramatic lifestyle change.
The best way to do anything is to just introduce more foods and exercise on a gradual basis and not in a rush. Start with what you're eating now...let's just say you have 1 chicken breast at dinner...try to have a half of another one and when you're comfortable with that...have another half; just take it slow. ]
